Loistava monipuolinen aamiainen joka tarjoiltiin L'Orangerie ravintolassa. Hotellia ympäröi kaunis, hyvin hoidettu puutarha jossa oli mielyttävä rentoutua iltapäivisin. Emme käyttäneet spa palveluja johtuen korona-ajasta. Uima-allas alue näytti viihtyisältä. Söimme myös loistavan illallisen hotellin L'Orangerie ravintolassa. Lyhyt matka keskustaan josta löytyy ravintoloita, kahviloita ym jokaiseen makuun. Aix-en-Provence on viehättävä, rento kaupunki. Uusi suosikkimme Ranskassa!

The property is spectacular! Amazing staff and so many little gifts during the stay (mini bar included, hat, bag, cake at the arrival, etc). We loved everything! The hotel is a wonderful conversion of the ancient convent. It is clear that mountains of money, but also tons of taste, were expended in achieving it. The result is sublime: like living in a beautiful château, except comfortable. As for the spa, it is superb, the best we’ve seen (and we’ve seen a few). It would impress a Roman emperor (if there were more slaves). We didn’t benefit from the huge outdoor pool or the terraces, since we were there in winter, but they would be a delight in warm weather. Someone has done a terrific job in assembling and training a rather young staff of charming and intelligent people. From the parking attendants to the receptionists, and from the waiters and waitresses to the exceptional sommelière (Ms. Pauline), there wasn't a one that we wouldn’t happily adopt and take home with us. The buffet breakfast: simply the best (really). The hotel has its own full-time boulanger, as well as a pastry chef. Okay, full disclosure: the coffee could be better. There is (of course) a gourmet restaurant (we can all imagine what that’s like), as well as a “bistro" on the premises. (Fortunately, since the local village doesn’t offer much at all.) The bistro serves mainly fanciful haute cuisine; we would have preferred that it be more authentically bistro-like, with some classic bistro-type food (steaks, daubes, foie gras, magret, confit de canard…yes, maybe even french fries!). It goes to show: even paradise can stand to be tweaked a bit.

There was water in the room when we arrived and a complimentary bottle of wine and a gift of honey which was a lovely touch. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and courteous,. The breakfast was very good and the view was awesome. The pool area was very clean and the staff were very helpful in arranging towels and umbrellas.

Outstanding staff, very impressive. We had such a lovely room, quiet and felt like home. Breakfast was fantastic. The two pool areas were beautiful. Never felt so relaxed on vacation before, exactly what we needed, just amazing.

My husband and I visited Aix-en-provence from March 21-26. We stayed in Les Lodges Sainte-Victorie Hotel & Spa for the entire trip. The staff were attentive and helpful, as English speakers, we never felt left out or treated without respect. Special shout out to Benoit, Gregory and Laurent, thanks to them, we had an amazing trip in Provence. The Les Lodges crew has maintained the highest standards of hospitality that the company should be proud of, and cherish. For anyone who reads my post, this is a hotel you don't want to miss if you plan to stay in Provence.
